The Company: An established food producer within a highly successful food manufacturing group, which provide to the retail market. A company who offer great support, and have opportunities for ambitious people to succeed in.
The Role: To lead and co-ordinate the activities of the multi skilled engineers in conjunction with the maintenance manager to provide a proactive and reactive engineering service to the whole site. This role is based on a 3 day shift over weekends.
The Candidate: The candidate should have a proven track record of dealing with Engineering issues in a fast paced, food production environment. Must be a strong communicator with the ability to lead, train and motivate a team of engineers. Will be qualified to 16 / 17 Edition.
