The Company: A well respected and UK leading food manufacturer supplying chilled products to retail and foodservice sectors.
The Role: Based predominantly on night shifts, you will lead a team of 15 including 3 Supervisors in maintaining maximum Hygiene standards in a fast paced food manufacturing environment. You will have budgetary control and look to ensure maximum efficiency without loss in quality of standards. The role also covers pest and waste control.
The Candidate: You will have 2+ years experience as a Hygiene Manager in a chilled food manufacturing environment, and be organised and able to plan effective coverage around production. You will need to be flexible in your approach with good communication and training skills.
