The Company: A leading provider of meat products to major UK retailers.
The Role: Working with the joint Technical Manager, you will be responsible for the company’s Quality and Hygiene procedures. You will deal with top retail customers including Tesco and Asda making sure all standards are met and improved.
The Candidate: You will have worked within the meat sector in either a Quality or Technical role, and be experienced in BRC (issue 5) and HACCP. You will also have experience of retail approval (ideally Tesco & Asda).
