The Company: Operating from a modern food manufacturing site, this company are one of the market leaders within chilled food supplying to multiple retailers. They pride themselves on innovative new concepts and have ambitious future plans for growth.
The Role: Based on night shifts, you will lead a team of 28 staff across 3 shifts in maintaining maximum Hygiene standards in a fast paced food manufacturing environment. You will have budgetary control and look to ensure maximum efficiency without loss in quality of standards.
The Candidate: You will have 2+ years experience as a Hygiene Manager in a chilled food manufacturing environment, and be organised and able to plan effective coverage around production. You will need to be flexible in your approach with good communication and training skills.
