The Company: One of the UK’s leading chilled food manufacturers, part of a large group of companies.
The Role: Working alongside another Team Manager, you will lead and motivate approx 50 staff based on the evening shift. There is a key focus on KPI’s and continuous improvement, to constantly deliver high performance.
The Candidate: You will have strong leadership and motivational skills, with experience of managing a team within a food environment (ideally chilled).
