The Role: Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for a team of 7 established Sales Representatives. You manage sales targets, training, promotion of brand, and coverage plans.
The Candidate: Ideally, you will have at least 1 year’s Field Sales Management experience with a structured approach to developing a small team. You will have a proven track record in man management and achieved sales targets via teams, as well as the ability to challenge and motivate others.
